Hailey Johnson, PE, is a Texas-licensed engineer with advanced degrees and expertise spanning water resources, land development, and public infrastructure. Her portfolio covers more than 65+ projects across 10 jurisdictions in Central Texas, ranging from Bryan to Waco, and includes site design, roadways, drainage systems, and permitting.

Hailey earned her BS in Biological and Agricultural Engineering and an MS in Water Resource Engineering from Texas A&M University, complemented by study abroad coursework in water and wastewater engineering at KU Leuven in Belgium.

She brings specialized experience in K-12 facilities and municipal engineering, which aligns perfectly with Boot Civil’s commitment to serving our local communities.
