Nhat M. Ho, P.E.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Nhat Ho is a licensed civil engineer and entrepreneur with more than 500 successful projects delivered across Central Texas.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Boot Civil, LLC, Nhat leads with a results-driven approach that integrates technical expertise, policy insight, and collaborative problem solving. He has overseen the successful design and delivery of hundreds of projects across the region, including mixed-use, public, and educational developments.

Prior to founding Boot Civil, Nhat served as President of Civilitude Engineers & Planners, where he helped earn the firm recognition as the City of Austin’s Prime Consultant of the Year (2024).

One notable project under his leadership is the Colony Park Sustainable Community, a City- and community-led effort to transform 208 acres in northeast Austin into a model for equitable, mixed-use urban growth. As Engineer of Record, he directed the PUD zoning amendment process in record time, developing more than 200 technical criteria and land development code modifications to enable a robust, buildable land use plan.
