Patricia Buchholtz

Patricia Buchholtz is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Boot Civil. With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in operations, finance, marketing, negotiation, and organizational strategy; providing the structure and clarity that allow technical teams to deliver effectively.

Patricia’s career spans civil engineering firms, real estate development, consulting, and creative services. Prior to co-founding Boot Civil, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Civilitude Engineers & Planners, strengthened operational frameworks and supported firm growth through disciplined process, and cross-functional coordination.. She also spent more than 15 years as Co-Founder and Agency Director of lookthinkmake, a strategic creative agency focused on branding, public relations, and storytelling for significant real estate developments throughout the US.

This combination of operational leadership and communications expertise allows Patricia to bridge technical work with client needs, stakeholder alignment, and long-term firm sustainability. At Boot Civil, she leads firm operations, financial planning, project delivery systems, marketing, and client experience.
