Meet Robert Hostetler, our Sr. Civil Engineer at Boot Civil! From San Diego County to Central Texas, Robert has spent decades designing the kinds of projects that shape how people live, work, and move through a place.

As a Licensed PE in the state of Texas and RCE in the state of California, his expertise runs deep in master planned communities, large subdivision infrastructures, roadways, and stormwater systems, federal permits, environmental compliance, QA/QC, complex project management, and eminent domain technical support for hearing and trial. Robert is a powerhouse in enabling great ideas to become reality.

From affordable housing to commercial builds to industrial mega complexes and residential subdivisions, he has navigated it all. And yes, that includes unique experiences like the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, and federal permits between the US and Mexico! We are thrilled to add his vast wealth of knowledge to the Boot Civil team.
